“She totally did it! If we had a Justice God here, they’d be able to tell immediately. All we need do now is collate the evidence. I reckon we just need a warrant to search the factory and it’ll all fall into place. What do you think?”

“Really? Thanks Beta. Ready to go yet? We can get the Bifrost over to Midgard and go get the search warrant this evening.”
“This brief detention in the relaxation vault has been a pleasant one.”
“That’s good. Let’s go!”

“This is Interpol! Please step away from the keyboards! We have a search warrant.”
screaming and shouting, followed by gunshots
“You are under arrest. Drop your weapons!”
“The talking is over. I’m done reasoning with you.”
“We said DROP YOUR WEAPONS. Beta – she’s opening fire. Take cover!”
“Starting now, there’s going to be a lot less conversation and a lot more killing.”
“Wait, what? Beta?”
“The talking is over.”
“Beta, what the hell? You’re meant to be a Justice bot! We can’t kill her. We need to arrest her for all the murders.”
“Good people don’t end up here. Someone is going to get badly hurt. Here’s a hint: she’s going to want to pack as much living as she can into the next couple of minutes.”
“I suppose you are authorised to determine guilt and exact justice…”
